Promotional Assistance from Phoenix Rising Promotions

Phoenix Rising Promotions is a complete promo opportunity without lifting a finger. All those hours of promoting that are taking away your writing time, allow Phoenix Rising Promotions to do it for you. Dedicated, fun, and full of ideas we can help you, help yourself.

Standard rate of $30.00 per month. The first month's payment will be processed by Get Cesigned, however subsequent payments will be made directly to Phoenix Rising Promotions.

More Details
1. Blogs
a. Manager will manage blogs if one already exists by approving comments or posting blogs pre-sent to manager on specified date.
b. If author does not already have a blog, one can be set up for you at your choice of blog:
i. Live Journal
ii. Blog Spot
iii. MySpace
Blog will be managed after set up.
2. MySpace
a. If author already has a MySpace page, manager can update the profile, change the design once a month and update profile for reviews and book releases.
3. Contests:
a. Your manager will plan, schedule, promote and run contests for current and/or new releases.
i. Due to time constraints manager will not hold more than two contests a month. *Unless otherwise specified by manager**
ii. Your manager will research contest prizes, send you the URL to view and approve the prize in question.
a. **Author has final approval over all prizes**
b. **Contest prizes are extra expense out of authors budget**
c. **Manager will not order prizes until payment is received. **
iii. Manager will distribute prizes to the contest winners
a. **Author will reimburse manager shipping and handling over $5**
4. Distribution of Excerpts:
a. Manager will post excerpts twice a week to no less than 30 loops. We will also monitor the loop for questions or comments.
5. Loop Author Chats:
a. Manager will make appearances at your chats for moral support and to help post excerpts if something drastic comes up.
b. Please don’t hesitate to contact your manager if you find you can’t make a scheduled chat. If your manager can’t be reached by email within 24 hours and it is an EMERGANCY please call your manager, but be kind to time zones.
i. You can find your managers phone number in the PRP managers loop database.
6. Yahoo Groups:
a. If a yahoo group already exists then your manager will help promote and moderate the loop.
b. If a loop does not exist and the author would like a yahoo group built then your manager will set one up with a base design and run the author suggestions for added content.
7. Current or New Release Promo:
a. Your manager will promote a different back list book a month, plus new releases if coming out that month.
b. This will have two books or more promoted a month depending on how many the author has released any given month.
